Donate Blood and Save Lives at Norwest Marketown this January
Australian Red Cross Blood Mobile Service is coming to Norwest Marketown this Summer.
Australian Red Cross Blood Service has a fleet of mobile donor centres doing the rounds of the country. Take this opportunity to explore our state of the art, medically equipped vehicles without the crowds, and feel free to pop in and see us to donate blood next time you spot one in your area.
Monday 15th January 12:30pm-6:00pm (8 more donors needed)
Tuesday 16th January 8:30pm-2:00pm (3 more donors needed)
Wednesday 17th January 8:30pm-2:00pm (1 more donor needed)
Thursday 18th January 12:30pm-6:00pm (12 more donors needed)
Friday 19th January 8:30pm-2:00pm (8 more donors needed)
If you haven’t already made an appointment to give blood, you can make an appointment online or call us on 13 14 95.
1 in 3 Australians will need blood, but only 1 in 30 donates. Donated blood helps cancer patients, people with blood disorders, mothers-to-be and newborn babies, as well as trauma and surgical patients.
Drink up! Have 3 or 4 glasses of water or juice in the hours before you donate.
Eat! Have a good sized breakfast or lunch.
Please bring photo I.D with you.
